What happens if I miss my delivery?

We’re sorry we missed you! Don’t worry, we’d be happy to try again. We do charge a no-show fee if no one is on-site to receive your order at the intended date and time. This no-show fee also applies to situations where the building is not ready to receive your Zauben delivery on the previously agreed upon location, date, and time.
